Paloina is a small ceramic studio located in Helsinki.
Inspired by nature, Paloina creates playful and organic shaped pieces combined with sterling silver / 24k gold-plated silver.
Every product is carefully made by hand and the process takes it’s time.
We strive to use materials that are sourced from as near as possible. All earrings are made with durable stoneware clay manufactured in Finland and 925 sterling silver findings manufactured in EU (Italy and Poland). Our eco-friendly FSC® -sertificated jewelry boxes are made in Denmark.
Care instructions
Paloina products are made with high-quality materials in order to last over time. However, due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we advise to always handle our products with care.
Silver is a material that will naturally darken over time, reacting with air and humidity. To slow down the darkening process avoid contact with chemicals and using the earrings when swimming or showering.
If darkening occurs, the silver parts can be maintained with silver polish/cloth. We recommend to store the earrings in this jewellery box or in an airtight container.
