All products are delivered by Posti. The orders are shipped by mail or parcel to your nearest parcel locker, depending on the size of the product. Estimated delivery time after dispatching the order is 1-5 days.

Paloina earrings are made with the highest quality materials in order to last over time. However, due to the fragile nature of ceramics we advise to always handle our products with care. 

 

​Silver is a material that will naturally darken over time, reacting with air and humidity. To slow down the darkening process avoid contact with chemicals and using the earrings when swimming or showering. 

 

If darkening occurs, the silver parts can be maintained with silver polish/cloth. We recommend to store the earrings in the jewellery box or in an airtight container.
